Robert W. Hernquist bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1739 Sand Storm Dr. in Henderson for $300,000 from Thomas E Hartman, II, on April 29.
Hartman paid $566,000 for the property in July 2006. The 2,509-square-foot home, which was built in 1996, is in the Reserve neighborhood.
Hernquist is an associate at Lionel Sawyer & Collins, a full-service business and litigation law firm with an office in Las Vegas.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago and his J.D from the Loyola University-Chicago School of Law.
There were 8,994 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $240,000.
