Derek Lafavor and Gary Patten bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1104 Via Appianna in Henderson for $340,000 from Adam Robertson on April 30.

Robertson paid $564,500 for the property in July 2005. The 2,110-square-foot home, which was built in 2001, is in the Seven Hills neighborhood.

Lafavor is the founder and CEO of Selling Source, LLC, an online marketing strategy firm in Las Vegas.

He previously served as chairman and president of its related company at Source Data Products, Ltd. He earned his bachelor’s degree at University of British Columbia.

Patten is the chief financial officer at Selling Source, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California-Berkeley and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.

There were 8,994 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $240,000.
