Internist acquires 5BD in Summerlin South

Dr. Ali Kia bought a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 2235 Alcova Ridge Dr. in Summerlin South for $795,000 from US Bank National Association and JP Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2006-A6 on April 6.
US Bank foreclosed the property in Sept. 2008. The 5,037-square-foot home, which was built in 2006, is in the Rock Country Club at Summerlin neighborhood.
Dr. Kia is an internist at Bernstein Dua & Bernstein MDs in Las Vegas. He is also affiliated with the Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center.
There were 992 home sales in Summerlin South in 2008, with a median price of $300,000.
