Trump International employee buys in Enterprise

Monica M. and Hakan S. Nalbantoglu bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath home at 10163 Longoria St. in Enterprise for $355,463 from Dilek H. Phipps on April 8.
The 1,938-square-foot home, which was built in 2007, is in the Versante neighborhood.
Monica M. Nalbantoglu is currently working as an in-suite dining manager and food & beverage assistant manager at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas.
She previously worked with the Venetian Hotel & Casino as assistant beverage manager.
Hakan S. Nalbantoglu is a general manager at TGI Fridays.
There were 9,875 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $200,000.
