Nuclear security specialist selling in Sunrise Manor

Deborah D. Monette and Philip M. Monette have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 6671 Sparks Ave. in Sunrise Manor for $350,000.

The Monettes paid $278,935 for the property in Jan. 2000. The 3,457-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the Hollywood Estate neighborhood.
