Mr. Mallinder is the founder and president of The Learning Institute, a Las Vegas professional consulting firm. He has also worked with Box 9 Consulting, Blanchard Training & Development, Development Dimensions International, Zenger-Miller, Inc., and Arthur Anderson & Co.

He earned his bachelor's from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa.
