Mark W. Sivek bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 267 Sandrock Pointe Lane in Henderson from the Wells Fargo Bank National Association for $306,100 on April 21.

The 2,950-square-foot house, which was built in 1996, is in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.

Mr. Sivek is the owner and vice president of sales and marketing at THTVEGAS.COM, an independent consulting and marketing company dedicated exclusively to the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas condominium project.

He's also served as a realtor with Liberty Realty and at Prudential Americana. He earned his bachelor's from Purdue University.

There 9,042 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median price of $230,000.
