California creative coach lists in Enterprise

Massimo Chimienti and Tasha C. Chimienti have listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 5606 Winter Star Ct. in Enterprise for $310,000.

The Chimientis acquired the property for $750,000 in Sept. 2004. The 4,331-square-foot house in Bard/Central Enterprise was built in 2002.

Teresa McBain of The McBain Group is the listing agent for the property.

Ms. Chimienti serves as a creative coach and consultant at Dreams & Vision in Playa del Ray, Calif.

There were 9,874 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $190,000.
