Dean Lambertson and Ursula Lambertson bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 9950 La Cienega St. in Enterprise from Gilbert and Mary Ann Hansen for $405,500 on May 5.

The Hansens paid $340,000 for the property in Sept. 2002.

The 3,120-square-foot home was built in 2000 in the East of 15 neighborhood.

Mr. Lambertson has been vice president at the Las Vegas office of financial and bank holding company Wells Fargo. He previously served as vice president for the commercial real estate division of Wescom Credit Union, a Southern California-based credit union and financial services company.

There were 9,965 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $190,000.
