"Monk" director buys in Henderson

Medium 9d1a73cd20cf2221b73ca8dd9b22fce1 Randall Zisk bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 2829 Bassano Ct. in Henderson from Favio Perez for $500,000 on May 6.

Perez paid $989,000 for the property in April 2006.

The 4,132-square-foot home was built in 2001. It is in the Seven Hills Area neighborhood.

Zisk is a director and executive producer of "Monk", the comedy series on the USA Network. He has worked on 24 episodes of the series and was nominated for an Emmy as best director in a comedy series, which stars Tony Shaloub in the title role as a obsessive-compulsive detective.
