The Springels paid $520,000 for the property in Aug. 2002. The 7,657-square-foot house, which was built in 2004, is in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.

Mr. Springel is a partner at Springel & Fink LLP, a mid-size full service law firm practicing in Nevada, California and Arizona. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, construction defects and insurance, business and real estate litigation.

Mr. Springel earned his J.D. at the University of San Diego School Of Law in San Diego and his B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan. He also attended the Institute of Economic and Political Studies in Cambridge, England.
