Former KVVU-TV sales manager lists Paradise 4BD

Jill Saarela and Michael Saarela have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 3756 Miguels Lane in Paradise for $459,000.
The Saarelas paid $295,000 for the property in Sept. 2002. The 3,801-square-foot home was built in 1994 in the North of Sunset Park neighborhood.
Donna Stratton of Re/Max Central is the listing agent for the property.
Ms. Saarela is vice president of NBC affiliated television station WPBN/WTOM-TV in Traverse City, Mich. She also currently serves on the board of the Michigan Association of Broadcasters.
She previously spent five years as general sales manager for the FOX affiliate KVVU-TV in Las Vegas.
There were 5,065 sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median price of $165,000.
