Robert Steelman and Sheri Steelman have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2699 Ivoryhill St. in Summerlin South for $319,900.

The Steelmans paid $225,210 for the 1,856-square-foot home in Aug. 2001, the same year it was built. The home is in the Willow Springs subdivision.

Mr. Steelman is a senior media reporter at OTR Global, an independent research firm with offices in Purchase, N.Y., San Francisco and Boston, as well as Germany.

He was formerly a founding managing editor at the Southern Nevada Health Care Journal, a magazine for health care professionals in Southern Nevada. He attended Columbia College in Chicago.

There were 990 sales in Summerlin South in 2008, with a median price of $280,000.
