Spiritual center director selling in Las Vegas

Roisin P. O'Loughlin and Leo Coughlin have listed for sale their two-bedroom, two-bath at 10304 Longwood Dr. in Las Vegas for $269,900.

Coughlin and O'Loughlin paid $249,000 for the property in Nov. 2007. The 1,414-square-foot home, which was built in 1997, is in the Summerlin neighborhood.

David Slagle of Prudential Americana Group is the agent for the listing.

O'Loughlin is the founding director of Stillpoint, a Las Vegas-based non-profit center for spiritual development. Prior to moving to the U.S., she was an educator in Ireland, where she has been a high school principal and manager.

She attended the Institute of Spiritual Leadership in Chicago, Ill. She has a master's in pastoral studies from Loyola University and also attended the Graduate Theological Foundation.

There were 21,794 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $154,200.
