University of Nevada doc puts home on the market

Jeremiah Nielson has listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 4101 Del Monte Ave. in Las Vegas for $319,995.
The 2,759-square-foot home was built in 1976 in Southwest Las Vegas.
Christopher Robinson of More Realty Group is the listing agent for the home.
Dr. Nielson is a resident doctor in the Pediatrics Department at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed B.S. in occupational therapy at Concordia University in Wisconsin and received his D.O. from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University in Illinois.
There were 21,614 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $158,000.
