Paul L. Ashley and Kristine I. Ashley have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 5745 Kevin Way in Lone Mountain for $599,900.

The Ashleys paid $355,000 for the property in Feb. 2002. The 3,067-square-foot house was built in 1999 in the Northwest Las Vegas neighborhood.
