Poker player drops $1.55M for Henderson 6BD

Perry Friedman bought the six-bedroom, six-bath home at 1315 Enchanted River Dr. in Henderson from Ryan Neufeld, Sarah Neufeld and the Ruby Trust for $1.55 million on May 22.

Sarah Neufeld acquired the property for $1,728,484 in Oct. 2006. The 5,267-square-foot house is in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Friedman is a professional poker player who has competed 15 times in the World Series of Poker and finished in first place in 2002 in the $1500 Omaha Hi/Lo World Series of Poker event. He also finished as high as third in the $2,000 No Limit Hold'em event in 2005.

Nicknamed "The Baiter," he won more than $650,000 on the circuit in 2008.

There were 9,032 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
