Marketing VP settles in Henderson

Marianne Pepe bought the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1877 Fairfield Terrace in Henderson from the Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., for $381,840 on May 22.

The Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., foreclosed on the property in January. The 3,851-square-foot house was built in 1994 in the Greater Green Valley neighborhood.

Pepe is the vice president for Nevada at The Ryness Co., a full-service sales and marketing organization for home builders and developers. She has worked with developers, builders, governmental entities for over 23 years. She specializes in the emerging urban development arena.

She attended the Maxwell School at Syracuse University after earning her bachelor's from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

There were 9,032 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
