Robert C. Drake and April A. Drake have listed for sale the five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 43 Olympia Hills Circle in Enterprise for $3.1999 million.

The Drakes paid $515,000 for the property in May 2004. The 6,806-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.

Robert Barnhart of Red Rock Realty Las Vegas is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Drake is the group chief financial officer of Galaxy Entertainment Group, a Hong Kong-based owner and operator of hotels and casinos in the Chinese province of Macau. He previously worked for Harrah's Entertainment's Western Division in Las Vegas.

He received his bachelor's from Allegheny College in Allegheny, Pa. and his master's from the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y.

There were 10,068 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $185,000.
