Nurdan Lindley and Richard F. Lindley have listed for sale the five-bedroom, five-bath home at 9545 Tropical Parkway in Lone Mountain for $800,000.
The Lindleys acquired the property for $60,000 in Dec. 2000. The 2,984-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Northwest Las Vegas neighborhood.
Jeannie Sutherland of Century 21 Moneyworld is the listing agent for the home.
Nurdan Lindley has been a registered agent for R & N Construction LLC, a framing contractor business based in Las Vegas.
