John J. "Jack" Veth has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in the Turnberry Towers at Paradise at 322 Karen Ave. in Winchester for $649,000.

Mr. Veth bought the 1,646-square-foot Unit #4304 for $1.06 million in Aug. 2007.

Thomas Garcia of Realty ONE Group, Inc. is the listing agent for the condo.

Veth serves as of counsel in the Los Angeles office of national law firm Kreindler & Kreindler. He was managing partner of the California office of Speiser Krause, where his practice included aviation and complex tort law.

He has also taught at the University of Southern California’s Institute of Safety and Systems Management and at the University of California-Irvine.

He served in the United States Air Force for 20 years before earning his J.D. from Wesleyan State University ('87). He also has an LL.M. in taxation from Chapman University and a master's in education from Troy State University.

Turnberry Towers at Paradise, which was completed in 2008, features two 45-story condo mid-rises that features over 600 units.

There were 378 condo sales in Winchester in 2008, with median sales price of $160,000.
