Mr. Jarmolowich bought the property for $396,339 in July 2004. The 2,182-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in North Las Vegas West.

He's served as the general manager of the Late Nightclub at the Bellagio as a director of operations with the Pussycat Doll Lounge and Dick's Last Resort at the Rio Hotel and Casino.
