Greg Jarmolowich has listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 6516 Ruddock Dr. in North Las Vegas for $359,900.

Mr. Jarmolowich bought the property for $396,339 in July 2004. The 2,182-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in North Las Vegas West.

Jarmolowich has served as managing director of The Opium Group/Prive Las Vegas. He has been involved with several Las Vegas night clubs and restaurants such as PURE Nightclub and Social House.

He's also operated restaurants such as Circo in New York, Le Cirque at the Bellagio Hotel and Tre Restaurant in Summerlin. He's served as the general manager of the Late Nightclub at the Bellagio as a director of operations with the Pussycat Doll Lounge and Dick's Last Resort at the Rio Hotel and Casino.
