Steven Engelberg and his wife, Christiane, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 5048 Jessica Joy St. in Las Vegas for $400,000.

The Engelbergs bought the property for $743,574 in March 2006. The 3,752-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the Washburn & Durango subdivision in Northwest Las Vegas.

Rebecca Coleman of Realty Executives of Nevada is the listing agent.

Mr. Engelberg works as a physician assistant at EPMG in Las Vegas and at the Department of Emergency Medicine of the University Medical Center in Las Vegas.

He has also served as an assistant professor at Touro University in Henderson and at George Washington University in D.C.

There were 22,124 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $152,000.
