Southern Oregon entrepreneurs selling Spring Valley home

Stuart and Christlin Freedman have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 50 Sawgrass Court in Spring Valley for $1.2 million.
The Freedmans bought the property for $1.19 million in April 2007. The 3,601-square-foot house, which was built in 1989, is in the Greater Spanish Trail neighborhood.
Felipe Crook of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent.
Mr. and Mrs. Freedman are the proprietors of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads in Grants Pass, Ore. The company has been providing gems, beads and other jewelry-making materials since 1973.
There were 7,476 home sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with median sales price of $170,000.
