Personal trainer selling in Henderson

Carol Ann Strom-Miller has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2421 Paveene Ave. in Henderson for $325,000.
Ms. Miller bought the property for $436,600 on Jan. 16. The 2,123-sqi8are-foot house, which was built in 2001, is in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
Inessa Allen of Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas is the listing agent.
Miller is the founder and manager of Encore Personal Training and Boot Camps in Henderson. She is a certified personal trainer and life coach who has also worked with the Green Valley Las Vegas Athletic Club and the Summerlin Las Vegas Athletic Club, both in Las Vegas.
She holds a bachelor's in finance from UNLV.
There were 9,065 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median sales price of $224,900.
