Realtor, electrician selling for more than $1M in Summerlin

Tiffany Bell-Raats and Henry Raats have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1309 Saintsbury Dr. in Las Vegas for $1.199 million.

The Raatses bought the property for $1.2 million in Sept. 2004. The 4,611-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Summerlin neighborhood.

Mrs. Raats, who is also the listing agent for the home, works for Real Estate by Design in Las Vegas.

Mr. Raats> is a master electrician and the founder of Titan Systems, Inc., an electrical contractor in Las Vegas.

There were 22,124 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $152,000.
