Pub owner selling for $1.19M in Central Enterprise

Ronald W. Winchell has listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 11776 Alness Lane in Enterprise for $1.19 million.
The 4,677-square-foot house, which was built in 2004, is in the Southern Highlands subdivision in the neighborhood of Bard/Central Enterprise.
Kelly O'Hanlan-Fain of Keller Williams is the listing agent.
Mr. Winchell is the chief financial officer of Marathon Commercial Development in Las Vegas.
He is also the owner and operator of Winchell's Pub & Grill in Las Vegas and Winchell Thoroughbreds LLC. His late father, Verne Winchell, was the founder of Winchell's donut shops and the former chairman of Denny's restaurants.
There were 10,031 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with median sales price of $185,000.
