Gaming exec selling Northeast Las Vegas 3BD

Todd M. DeRemer and Marissa DeRemer have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6808 Via Bella Luna Ave. in Las Vegas for $599,900.

The Deremers bought the property for $783,065 in Feb. 2005. The 4,432-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Bella Vista subdivision of Northeast Las Vegas.

Kelly Contenta of Realty ONE Group is the listing agent.

Mr. DeRemer has served as vice president of operations with the Excalibur Poker Room in Las Vegas.

There were 22,124 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $152,000.
