Gary M. Frey and Monique Frey have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 6 Awbrey Court in Henderson for $4.5 million.

The Freys bought the property for $810,000 in Nov. 2003. The 10,450-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Florence Shapiro of Prudential Americana is the listing agent.

Mr. Frey is the president of Frey Development Co., whose notable projects include the Santa Fe Mining Co., tavern along Rainbow Boulevard, Opus Condominiums and Seven Hills Medical Center in Henderson.

He is also the founder of Third Eye, a company in Las Vegas that helps builders and developers document their properties through photographs to protect themselves from construction defect litigations.

He also heads Creative Sales and Marketing, a provider of real estate strategies.

There were 9,065 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median sales price of $224,900.
