John P. Morgan and his wife, Rhonda Lee D'Acquisto-Morgan, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 5332 Polizze Ave. in Enterprise for $399,900.
Mrs. Morgan bought the property for $405,000 in Sept. 2003. The 3,976-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Southern Highlands subdivision in the neighborhood of Bard/Central Enterprise.
Thomas Love of Realty Executives International is the listing agent.
Mr. Morgan is the owner of Morgan Homes LLC, a residential developer in Las Vegas.
There were 10,031 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with median sales price of $185,000.
