The 3,135-square-foot home, which was built in 1976, is in the South of Sunset neighborhood.
Schneider is a lawyer with the Law Offices of Kermitt L. Waters. He joined the firm in 2002 and specializes in the area of eminent domain law.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina and received his J.D. from University of Montana School of Law.
Waters is also a lawyer with Kermitt Waters and practices in the area of eminent domain law.
She completed a bachelor’s degree at UNLV and received her J.D. from University of Montana School of Law.
There were 5,160 home sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median price of $160,000.
