He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina and received his J.D. from University of Montana School of Law.

Waters is also a lawyer with Kermitt Waters and practices in the area of eminent domain law.

She completed a bachelor’s degree at UNLV and received her J.D. from University of Montana School of Law.

There were 5,160 home sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median price of $160,000.
