The 2,534-square-foot home, which was built in 2005, is in the Summerlin neighborhood.

Sigman is a publisher at Consumer Source Inc., a Las Vegas apartment guide. He previously worked with United Advertising Media as a district manager.

He attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

There were 22,124 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $152,000.
