Earl Crouse has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 2954 Dove Run Creek Dr. in Summerlin South for $475,000.
Crouse paid $900,000 for the property in Jan. 2006. The 2,508-square-foot home was built in 2002 in Greater Red Rock.
Claudia Fletcher of Better Homes Realty is the agent for the listing.
Crouse is a broker and co-owner with Better Homes Realty in Las Vegas.
He previously served as a salesperson and broker at Nevada Realty Solutions. Prior to that, he held a variety of management positions at Red Rock Realty, at Frank Howard Allen, at McGuire Real Estate and Avalar, Inc.
Crouse is a licensed real estate professional in Clark Country as well as Orange County, Calif. He is also a certified short sale professional.
