Home developer asking $8.9M for Enterprise mansion

Corey J. Adcock and Stephanie Hodges have listed for sale a six-bedroom, six-bath at 30 Eagles Landing Lane in Enterprise for $8.9 million.
Adcock and Hodges paid $735,000 for the property in Feb. 2004. The 11,641-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Southern Highlands subdivision.
Robert Barnhart of Red Rock Realty Las Vegas is the agent for the listing.
Adcock has served as CFO and treasurer at residential property developer American West Homes Inc. in Las Vegas.
He received B.A. degrees in business administration and accounting from the University of Wyoming.
There were 10,068 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $185,000.
