Dennis Pawley and Carlotta Pawley have listed for sale their three-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 7949 Bermuda Dunes Ave. in Spring Valley for $625,000.

The Pawleys paid $510,000 for the property in March 2000.

The 2,692-square-foot home was built in 1989 in the Greater Spanish Trail neighborhood.

Mr. Pawley is a co-founder and partner at Performance Learning LLC in Las Vegas, where he teaches teamwork seminars. He is also co-founder of Lean Learning Center, a Michigan-based firm that specializes in the education and consulting in the lean manufacturing industry.

He is currently on the board of Oxford Automotive, Ross Controls, Haden Corp. and Detroit Science Center and is an operating executive with Palladium Equity Partners in New York City.

He previously served as executive VP of worldwide manufacturing and labor relations for the Chrysler Group of the German car corporation DaimlerChrysler, now Daimler AG. He was also on the company's board of directors until his retirement in Jan. 1999. He also served as VP of the Otis Group with the multinational conglomerate United Technologies and as VP of manufacturing with automotive manufacturer Mazda Motor Corp. He also worked at the Pontiac Motor Division of General Motors, where he held numerous manufacturing management positions.

There were 7,572 sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with a median price of $167,000.
