Glenn Bonner and Janice Bonner sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 11778 Weybrook Park Dr. in Enterprise to Robert Michael Cinelli, Jr., for $454,500 on May 28.

The Bonners paid $722,000 for the 2,600-square-foot property in Nov. 2005, the same year it was built. The home is in the Resort Villas at Southern Highlands subdivision.

Mr. Bonner is senior vice president and chief information officer at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas. He joined the company in 1997.

Prior to joining MGM Mirage, he was with the Microsoft Corp., where he worked in the company's hospitality industry consulting initiative. He also worked as a development head at Hilton Hotels and as product manager at Intergraph Corp.

Mr. Bonner has a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Auburn University.

There were 10,111 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $182,000.
