Albuquerque electronics pro buys Sky Las Vegas condo

Lisa T. Lidderdale and David C. Lidderdale bought the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo Unit #1308 at 2700 Las Vegas Blvd. in Winchester from Aurora Loan Services LLC $345,000 on May 29.

Aurora Loan Services LLC paid $644,000 for the property in Aug. 2008.

Ms. Lidderdale has served as the president of L & L Albuquerque Electronics Inc. in Albuquerque, N.M.

The condo development at 2700 Las Vegas Blvd. is also known as Sky Las Vegas. It was built in 2006.
Sales at Sky Las Vegas dropped 89.7 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price, however, rose 1.6 percent during that same time period.

There were 391 condo sales in Winchester in 2008, with a median sales price of $150,000.
