Dr. Patrick C. Hsu and Dr. Nancy Hsiao bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 188 Brushton Ct. in Las Vegas from Anne Marie My Moui Leong Wu, Jye Yune Robert Wu, and Jye Chong Wu for $645,000 on May 15.

The Wus paid $836,566 for the 4,191-square-foot property in Sept. 2004, the same year it was built. It is in the Summerlin neighborhood.

Dr. Hsu is a cardiologist at Nevada Cardiology Associates in Las Vegas. He is also a member-at-large at Southern Hills Hospital, where he once served as staff secretary and chairman of the medical quality care committee. He has also been vice chief of cardiology at Sunrise Hospital.

He studied medicine at the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, and completed his internship, residency and fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Hsiao is an internist who has been affiliated with Li Yee Guo Ltd in Las Vegas. She received her M.D. at the Irvine College of Medicine at University of California.

There were 22,357 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $149,000.
