The property previously sold for $1.05 million in Aug. 2004. The 3,855-square-foot home in Southwest Las Vegas was built in 2000. It is located in the Peccole Ranch subdivision.
Fontanilla has been an agent at the Summerlin office of the real estate firm Realty One Group.
