Medical devices pro deals in Summerlin

Jay Bedford and Lissa Bedford sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 552 Puenta Del Rey St. in Las Vegas to Laura Alderete for $425,000 on June 11.

The Bedfords bought the property for $686,455 in Nov. 2006. The 3,455-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Summerlin.

Mr. Bedford is a territory manager at Guidant & Maquet, a company involved in the design and manufacture of medical devices and medical systems. He's based in Las Vegas.

There were 22,430 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $146,500.
