Marc Sperberg and Yuli Sperberg sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 505 Bighorn Ridge Ave. in Henderson to Brian Johnson for $805,000 on June 12.

The Sperbergs paid $1 million for the property in July 2005. The 4,843-square-foot home was built in 2000 in the Highlands subdivision.

Mr. Sperberg has served as the VP of business development, executive VP and secretary at MediCor, Ltd., a Las Vegas-based developer, manufacturer, and marketer of breast implants and other implants primarily for the aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery markets worldwide.

Prior to joining MediCor, he was a principal shareholder and executive VP of sales and marketing for HPL BioMedical, a biomedical equipment and supplies company that was acquired by MediCor in 2001.

There were 9,089 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $217,938.
