Lorri Highet and Ralph Addington bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 4609 Sea Dream Ave. in North Las Vegas from DR Horton Inc. for $325,000 on June 12.

The 2,808-square-foot home was built in 2007.

Highet is director of the volunteer resource center at Heart of Florida United Way, a charitable organization based in Orlando, Fla.

She previously served as the director of food and volunteer services at Coalitin for the Homeless of Central Florida. She also served as executive director of the American Red Cross in St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has a bachelor's in accounting from Northern Arizona University.

There were 11,779 sales in North Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $144,150.
