Attorney duo gets Summerlin South 4BD

William McGaha and Pamela McGaha bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 2065 Alcova Ridge Dr. in Summerlin South from Jose and Soledad Deleon for $740,000 on June 16.
The Deleons paid $1,263,950 for the property in Dec. 2005, the same year it was built. The 4,578-square-foot home is in the Greater Red Rock neighborhood.
Mr. McGaha is an attorney in the Las Vegas area. He focuses his practice on insurance and real estate matters. He previously worked for Delanoy, Schuetze & McGaha.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Utah.
Ms. McGaha has served as an associate at Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O'Meara in Nevada, where she concentrated her practice on insurance defense litigation and construction litigation.
She earned her B.S. degree in political science from the University of Utah and her J.D. from UNLV.
There were 1,019 sales in Summerlin South in 2008, with a median price of $270,000.
