Mary C. Frederiksen and Glen Frederiksen bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 4035 Abernethy Forest Place in Enterprise from Frank and Traci Stanbrough for $410,000 on June 16.

The Stanbroughs paid $559,000 for the 3,651-square-foot home in Feb. 2005, the same year it was built. The home is in the Royal Highlands at Southern Highlands subdivision.

Mr. Frederiksen is the owner of High Desert Wine Emporium in Apple Valley, Calif. Prior to founding High Desert Wine Emporium in Dec. 2000, he spent 25 years as a mental health professional at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana, Calif. He is a licensed clinical social worker.

Ms. Frederiksen is co-founder of High Desert Wine Emporium. She previously was a health and diabetes educator at Kaiser Hospital for 15 years. She has also worked as a nurse for 27 years.

She has a B.S. degree in nursing and an M.A. in education from Ohio State University.

There were 10,146 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $178,500.
