Enterprise abode goes to realtor, pilot

Medium 159e8301a02a5b6ce644ed0e738baf5b Paul Kenneth Bossert bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 3972 Royal Scots Ave. in Enterprise from the U.S. Bank National Association for $375,000 on June 19.

The U.S. Bank National Association foreclosed on the property on Jan. 16.

The 3,651-square-foot home was built in 2003 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.

Bossert has served as a real estate agent in the Las Vegas office of Robinson & Associates Realty. He is also a pilot and the owner of JetSet Aviation, a flight attendant school.

He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University.

There were 10,146 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $178,500.
