Alessi Koenig partner buys in Mt. Charleston

David Alessi bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 1356 Knotty Pine Way in Mt. Charleston from the Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., for $399,000 on June 19.

The Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., foreclosed on the property on May 1.

The 1,536-square-foot home was built in 1987.

Alessi is a partner at Alessi & Koenig, a law firm with offices in Las Vegas, Reno, as well as Agoura Hills and Diamondbar, Calif. He earned his J.D. from the University of La Verne School of Law.

There were 21 sales in Mt. Charleston in 2008, with a median price of $370,000.
