Marketing firm exec scores in Henderson

Karen Settle and Edward Mutton bought the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1383 Quiet River Ave. in Henderson from the Toll Henderson LLC for $1,399,995 on June 26.

The 4,830-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Settle has served as the president of Keystone Marketing Specialists, a Las Vegas retail marketing agency. She studied at the University of Colorado–Boulder.

There were 9,089 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $217,938.
