Karl Oettinger and Erica Oettinger bought the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 10325 Havkin Court in Lone Mountain from Michael C. Gardner and Lianne Virginia Gardner for $400,000 on June 22.

The Gardners acquired the property for $775,000 in March 2006. The 4,695-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Northwest Las Vegas.

Mr. Oettinger is a systems engineer at NetApp, a storage and data management solutions company in Las Vegas. He attended the Community College of Southern Nevada.

There were 532 home sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median price of $375,000.
